I am a Senior Procurement Professional with over 15 years Indirect and Direct Procurement and Category Management Experience, I have been in procurement since 1985.

I have gained a Masters in Project Management and PMI from Stevens Institute New Jersey, I am a Greenbelt Six Sigma having trained with GE, I have an MBA from Birmingham University in Strategy and Procurement, I am MCIPS and ISM.

I have proactively managed categories such as Property and FM, HR and Professional Services, IT/IS, Telecoms, Training, Travel, Fleet, Recruitment, Legal and Consultancy Services, Marketing and Advertising including Sponsorships, where I have proactively managed major multi million £GBP global contracts and relationships developing suppliers and markets.

I have successfully delivered offshore outsourcing solutions for IT/IS, BPO and Call Centres to India, Ireland, Africa and Malaysia and Vietnam.

I have also managed direct material procurement and successfully outsourced casting, injection moulding, PCB Production and coating, motor manufacture and pressings to Germany, China, Taiwan, Sunderland and Spain.

I have held senior procurement positions within major blue chip organisations and have worked within Manufacturing, IT/IS, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Retail, FMCG, Automotive and 1st Tier, and utilities (Severn Trent, RWE and National Grid).
